An Easy way to avoid back pain

During this 14-day Challenge we will work on core muscles, in particular, your rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis. These specific muscles work in tandem with your back. Having strong core muscles helps to avoid pulling your back and dealing with constant back-pain.

Did you know that there is a very simple exercise that anyone could do - really anywhere and anytime, easily with no equipment. Also this exercise would help to improve posture AND help to decrease the risk of back injuries. Would you want to know more?

Say hello to planks!

So many core exercises put a lot of pressure on the spine and back. But - doing planks is a type of exercise that allows you to build muscle while also making sure that you are protecting your spine and hips. Planks can strengthen your back muscles and ensure more support and stability for your entire back, especially in the areas around your upper back.

Also, planks can have a positive impact on posture! A strong posture is so important. It keeps your bones and joints in the correct alignment, which helps to increase the overall effectiveness of your muscles.

A good posture will ensure your back or spine is in the correct position, so you will suffer less back pain. On top of everything else, someone with good posture just looks healthier and more confident overall.
